This policy describes the information TRT Monitor collects, the services that process it, and how you can manage your records.
1. What We Collect
We collect the following types of data:
- Account Data - Email address, name, and login credentials.
- Health Data - Symptom logs, medication entries, blood test results.
- Usage Data - Pages visited, time on site, and device/browser information (for analytics purposes).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide visual representations of your data
- Send reminders and notifications (only with your permission)
- Generate insights and charts based on your inputs
- Create report links when you choose to share your records
- Help you understand your health over time
We do not sell your data.
3. Third-Party Services
External services process information as part of providing TRT Monitor:
- Payments: Stripe processes subscription payments.
- Email and notifications: MailerSend delivers service emails, MailerLite manages newsletter subscriptions, and OneSignal delivers push notifications.
- Website analytics and referrals: Ahrefs Analytics, Google Analytics when enabled, and Endorsely help measure website use and referrals.
- Error and performance monitoring: Bugsnag receives diagnostic information to help investigate errors and performance issues.
- Website assets: Bunny Fonts and content delivery services receive requests when your browser loads fonts and scripts.
- Optional document imports: OpenAI processes images of uploaded blood test documents, as described below.
The information a provider receives depends on the feature you use. Provider processing and retention are governed by the terms and data controls applicable to that service.
4. Data Storage and Security
You can download your main logged health records as CSV or JSON from Data export in your account. Downloads do not include uploaded documents or images. For other requests about your personal data, contact hello@trtmonitor.com. You can delete your account from your account settings.
New account deletions retain a minimal audit entry containing the account identifier, creation and deletion dates, and optional feedback. Names, email addresses, browser information, and health records are not copied into new deletion logs. Older deletion logs may still contain personal details and health-record snapshots. Deleting your account does not erase those older logs or records held by external providers. Contact hello@trtmonitor.com with questions or requests about retained information.
If you create a shared report, anyone with its link can view the selected records while the link is active. You can set an expiry or delete the report. This cannot remove copies that recipients have already saved.
5. AI-Assisted Processing of Uploaded Files
When you upload a blood test document to TRT Monitor, we may use an artificial intelligence (AI) service provided by OpenAI to extract relevant health markers from the file. This allows us to help you quickly populate your blood test records in your account without requiring manual entry.
Images of your uploaded document are sent to OpenAI to extract blood test results. Provider processing and retention are governed by the terms and data controls applicable to the service. You can enter results manually without sending a document for AI-assisted processing.
Document processing is optional. Review extracted results before saving them, as automated extraction can make mistakes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Edit or delete your data
- Request a copy of your data
- Withdraw consent for notifications/emails

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. If so, we'll notify users via email or in-app messages.
