TRT Monitor values your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your personal information when you use our service.

1. What We Collect

  • Health Data – Symptom logs, medication entries, blood test results.
  • Usage Data – Pages visited, time on site, and device/browser information (for analytics purposes).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide visual representations of your data
  • Send reminders and notifications (only with your permission)
  • Generate insights and charts based on your inputs
  • Help you share your data securely with others (optional)
  • Help you understand your health over time

We do not sell your data. Ever.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services (e.g. MailerSend for emails, OneSignal for notifications, Google Analytics for analytics, OpenAI for optional AI-assisted file processing). These services are GDPR-compliant and only access the data they need to function.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely. We use encryption, secure infrastructure, and regular audits to protect your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

5. AI-Assisted Processing of Uploaded Files

When you upload a blood test document to TRT Monitor, we may use an artificial intelligence (AI) service provided by OpenAI to extract relevant health markers from the file. This allows us to help you quickly populate your blood test records in your account without requiring manual entry.

The uploaded document is sent to OpenAI solely for this processing purpose and is deleted immediately after use. No file contents are stored by OpenAI or reused for any other purpose.

We do not use AI or machine learning for any other features in the platform. Your data remains private, and the use of this tool is entirely optional.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Edit or delete your data
  • Export your data
  • Withdraw consent for notifications/emails
