How does the free month work?
Create an account and start tracking. No credit card is required, and you will not be charged automatically when your trial ends.
What is the difference between the plans?
Each billing option includes the same features. Pay £5 each month, £12 every three months, or £36 each year. The annual plan saves 40% compared with paying monthly for a year.
What happens when my trial ends?
Choose a subscription to keep adding records. If you do not subscribe, you can still view your existing data.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from your account billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Will I lose my records if I stop paying?
No. You can still view your existing records after your subscription ends. Subscribe again to resume adding new records.
Are AI-assisted imports unlimited?
No. Your account includes 5 AI credits per month for assisted imports. You can also enter blood results manually without using AI credits.
How is my data handled?
We do not sell your personal data. Service providers help operate the app, and optional AI-assisted imports send document content for processing. Our privacy policy explains these uses. Payments are processed through Stripe.
