TRT Monitor began with a familiar problem. My medication reminders were in one place, my notes in another, and my blood results scattered across reports from different clinics.
I wanted a clearer record of what I'd taken and how I'd felt. Spreadsheets and calendar reminders weren't bringing it all together in a way that worked for me.
Built around the everyday details
So I built TRT Monitor. Somewhere to log doses and injection sites, record symptoms, keep blood results, and look back at changes over time.
The aim is straightforward: make it easier to keep a useful record and bring that information to conversations with your doctor.
Personal tracking, with a clear purpose
TRT Monitor is a tracking tool. It doesn't replace your clinician or tell you how to change your treatment. Your records provide context for those conversations.
It's an independent product, shaped by practical experience and feedback from the people using it. If something could work better for you, I'd like to hear about it.
