Understanding the saturation chart in TRT Monitor

How TRT Monitor estimates medication remaining from logged doses, and what the saturation chart can and cannot tell you.

The saturation chart uses your dose history to estimate how the amount of medication remaining changes over time.

It is a mathematical model based on logged amounts, timing, and the selected compound's half-life. It does not measure your blood testosterone level or account for every difference in how individuals absorb and process medication.

What the chart shows

Each logged dose contributes to the curve. The model reduces that contribution over time using a half-life calculation, then combines the remaining amounts.

This lets you review the schedule you have recorded. Missing or incorrect dose entries will affect the chart.

Reading the estimate

The chart distinguishes historical estimates from future projections and marks logged doses. Check the chart legend and projection settings to see which assumptions are being used.

A projected curve describes what the model calculates under those settings. It is not a forecast of a lab result, a target range, or a recommendation to change your prescription.

Getting started

Open Saturation Tracking from the insights area. Select a testosterone medication and check that its compound and dose details are recorded correctly.

If the chart looks unexpected, review the medication details and dose dates first. An incorrect amount or a missing entry can change the shape considerably.

Using it in a review

You can look back at a period alongside your dose history, symptoms, and measured blood results. Keep the distinction clear: the saturation curve is estimated, while a lab result records a measurement at a particular time.

Bring questions about treatment changes to your prescriber. The chart is a way to inspect your records, not to choose a dose or diagnose a cause for symptoms.
